Ron Brock’s takes great pride in its service team of
experienced, dependable technicians. Our technicians
successfully complete annual training to maintain up to date
product knowledge on all manufacturers makes and models of
heating and air conditioning equipment. We employ highly
qualified and NATE certified technicians who are driven to
provide excellent customer service. Ron Brock’s also
utilizes a random drug testing program for all of its team
members to ensure the safety of our employees and the trust
or our valued customers.
Planned Maintenance:
Although Ron Brock’s only installs high quality heating
and cooling equipment, all mechanical devices require
periodic maintenance for trouble free operation and
longevity. In fact all manufacturers’ warranties require
it. However, you can rest assured that Ron Brock’s has a
maintenance plan that meets your individual needs. We
recommend servicing your heating and cooling equipment
bi-annually (once before the heating season, and once before
the cooling season). This is the best way to ensure proper
operating efficiency and ensure system reliability. Call

Warranty Information:
Our service team has extensive knowledge of all
manufactures warranties. If you have a question regarding
your product warranty, or our exclusive labor warranty
please call us during our regular business hours.
Furthermore, Ron Brock’s experienced service team can
process warranty claims for all manufacturers’ makes and
models regardless of who performed the original install.

Extended Warranty Information:
Extended warranty plans are available for most of the
heating and cooling systems installed by Ron Brock’s within
the first to fifth year after installation or close of
escrow. These extended warranty plans can cover the
equipment alone, or they can include both the equipment and
labor for up to 10 years. Simply contact our dedicated
